We accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused due to the sanitation and use. The products must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition it was received. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and duty.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, used or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Consider purchasing a tracking number and/or shipping insurance to ensure your package arrives. If we don’t receive the package, we aren't able to process a refund or exchange. Zenco is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Timely Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.
If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement. - Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Sometimes it takes up to 7 business days.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@thezenco.com, we’d be happy to help. - Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. - Quick Exchanges

- Complimentary Repair Service

Please contact us if your device is no longer functioning due to a suspected component failure. We offer complimentary repair or replacement for a period of 1 year. Glassware is not covered under warranty.

Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Zenco. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Zenco. Glassware is not covered under our warranty due to being breakable. Commercial use units are not covered under our warranty due to excessive daily use.
What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Zenco will troubleshoot, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems? Zenco will either repair, replace parts of the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Zenco is 1 year from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 180 days (change this) from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: ● conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship What do you have to do? To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
